Monica and her husband have started a venture of flipping houses and throughout the transformation she is able to apply her signature design touch and create a unique style for each and every home they transform. For years she has found joy in taking run down spaces that need a lot of attention and transforming them into eclectic works of art and finding ways to do it affordably on a shoestring budget.

Salvaging and restoring some of the existing structure and characteristics of the home, adding recycled or repurposed elements in unexpected ways and adding new modern touches to create one of a kind interiors that you are sure to love. Recently, Monica has ventured into a new stage of her life and has felt that it’s time to give back!

Within the last two years she’s been working day and night on developing a mission that will become a source for women to become empowered in whatever they want to do! In the building and developing industry it is known that men have dominated the business and they do it very well, but the reality is women are builders too. We build families, we build relationships and we build homes.
